At Chering Clarity, we want you to love everything you order! However, because we print and fulfill each product on-demand, our return and exchange policy is a bit different. We strive to ensure you have the best experience, so if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or misprinted. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or not as expected, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us at cheringclarity@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide a photo of the damaged or misprinted item, if applicable, so we can verify the issue.
- After reviewing your request, we’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue. If the issue is validated, we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Exemptions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized products (unless damaged or defective).
- Products that do not meet our quality standards due to customer misuse.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll process it through the payment method you used for your order. Refunds can take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment processor.
